now that takes me back to my younger days when i have my honda mbx125. all the big boys had the rd350lc and then came the honda nsr400. by god did i want one of those. that was my dream bike for years. if we ever meet on the same trackday you have got to let me have a go on yours and fullfil my childhood dream by the way i just have a yam yzf1000 r1 but not been on her for a while now

You are welcome to have a go but I'm sorry to disapoint but mines the 250 which incidentaly is faster and handles better than the 400.

i never knew they did a 250 in the uk. i was always in love with the 400 with its three cylinders and the atac system. even when the yamaha rd500 came out i still wanted the nsr400. i would love to take yours for a run and you have a go on my r1. my son had an aprila rs125 and i loved every miniute of riding it. next time i am havin a run down the a59 towards preston then i will call yor direction and see you. are you coming to the a8oc annual meet in july ?

I'm trying to talk the missus round for the meet. Shouldnt be too much of a problem as I could make it for 1 day if needed with an early start.

I'm a biker too, have had bikes for the last 30 years, my current 'ride' is a 2006 Harley-D Night Train, mildly customised and tuned 1450 Twink engine.......
Had v-twins for quite a while now, just love the power delivery of a V (same with cars too!)

Too large for a crotch rocket, was miles too big for a 916 I test rode once.... Lovely bike, but couldn't get on with it.... had a lot of fun on Buells though!
