New A8 3.7 Quattro owner

Hi all my name is Steve.
Due to pick up a 2000 A8 on Friday looking very much forward to it,
have heard great things about them and wanted one for many years.
It has full Dealer histoy from Auid Harrogate. Is there anything that i need to look out for with them. Also would anyone have the spec for a 2000 3.7 Quattro looks like it has all the toy but sat nav.

Welcome Steve and well done on your purchse.
Satnav should be there - do you have the RNS-D head unit in the centre console - the one with the 5inch screen?
If not, then it should come up inbetween you dials (revs and speed) - can't remember how it comes up.
Oh and get some pictures up

Thanks....Will get the pic up at the weekend....Due to pick it up not far from you in Harrogate on Friday...can not wait . Will have a check on the sat nav on Friday.

Good luck (I used to live near Leicester a good many years back - lived in Hinkley and worked in the centre of Leicester for Swan National Car Hire....
